How much does membership cost?
You can join the On-Demand Circle as an individual member for an annual fee of $250, or buy an organizational membership for up to three people from your organization for $350. 

Do I have to be a member to book a session?
No. Anyone can book a standard one-hour On-Demand Session. Circle membership provides a 15% discount on 60-minute sessions, access to the exclusive member-only 30-minute and 90-minute formats, and access to relevant tools and templates.

How many sessions can I book as a member?
As many as you like throughout the year. Membership gives you access to the booking system and member pricing — you simply schedule sessions whenever it makes sense for you.

Do sessions have to be with the same consultant?
Not at all. We intentionally built a team with a variety of different skillsets and areas of expertise - and we want you to take advantage of that. You can book time with any member of the Common Great team with the expertise you’re looking for. 

What happens during an On-Demand Session?
Before the session, you’ll complete a short questionnaire to focus the conversation. During the session, we’ll work through your question or challenge together. Afterward, you’ll receive a one-page summary with insights and practical next steps.

Can I upgrade to a consulting engagement later?
Absolutely. Many organizations start with On-Demand Sessions and later decide to pursue deeper work together. We’re always happy to explore what that might look like.

Does membership automatically renew?
Membership lasts for one year. You’ll receive a reminder before renewal so you can decide whether to continue.
